There is a first time for everything

So this is my first official blog. I started this site a few weeks ago because it sounded like a good idea at the time. Unfortunately it has sat here with no content since then. Well it's a Friday night and I have a big day of training tomorrow so I am home about to go to bed at 9pm and thought I would post something on my blog site to see what it will look like. Such an exciting life I lead huh?
